These white chocolate lemon cookies may be the best thing you'll ever put in your mouth.
There's nothing to making them (there's also nothing whole,green,vegan, gluten-free, or healthy to them so, there's that) and they'll make you popular should you decide to share (no judgement if you don't. Freeze some if you'd like to prevent shoving them all down your throat).
1 box of lemon cake mix...
1 bag of white chocolate chips
1/2 cup oil
Mix, refrigerate for 15 minutes (I stuck it back in the fridge between batches) and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
The bottoms will brown so keep an eye as it gets close to the 10 minute mark.
*yes it will work with any cake flavor + chip combo.
I made some little packs to share by stacking 3 up and wrapping with parchment paper, tied up with some kitchen twine!
