You don't need a Monday to start again, just a [insert today here]. Most of our fresh starts begin on a Monday, or the start of a month or a year. Its the days that we waste in between that matter the most.
We all have the gift of a fresh start every time we wake up and start a new day. When we miss that starting line, and then reset for the following Monday, we miss the oportunity to reach our goals for 6 more days. Obvious and simple but most of us are guilty of it. And we do it over and over again. Give yourself a break today if you missed your fresh start. And instead of waiting for next week, or a new month (or the start of a new job, or when you get your sneakers in, or when you download that calorie counter app, or when you can get back to your mat...) start tomorrow. A brand new day and a fresh start!
